Security & Data Protection
Your brand assets, client files, and account details are handled with clear internal policies and technical safeguards. We regularly review our procedures to keep them aligned with current standards.
Project files and personal details are stored on encrypted servers with access limited to the team members actively working on your account. We don't share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Each client workspace uses separate credentials and role-based permissions. When a project wraps up, we revoke access and archive the files according to your agreement.
If a security issue is detected, we follow a documented response plan: contain the risk, assess the impact, and notify affected clients within 48 hours. We also log and review each incident to improve our defenses.
Invoices are processed through trusted payment providers. We never store your full card details on our servers. Payment records are kept only as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time. Send your request to info@krevity.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
What we do
Every engagement is built around a structured process. We work in focused phases, from the first moodboard to the final portfolio structure, so nothing feels abstract and everything has a purpose.
A half-day session to define your positioning, audience, and visual direction. We leave with a documented foundation that guides every design decision afterward.
Primary marks, secondary lockups, and usage rules that keep your identity consistent across print, web, and social media.
We plan shot lists, props, lighting, and composition so your product imagery feels intentional and matches your brand's tone rather than looking accidental.
We build visual references that explore palette direction and emotional response before committing to a final scheme. This step prevents costly revisions later.
We select typefaces that balance readability with character, then define hierarchy rules for headlines, body copy, captions, and UI elements.
For artists and creative professionals, we organize case studies, project narratives, and page flows so your work reads clearly and leads the viewer naturally.
Common Questions
Straightforward responses to the things clients usually ask before starting a project.
We start with a structured session, usually half a day, where we dig into your goals, audience, and the visual direction you're drawn to. You'll leave with a clear creative brief, a moodboard, and a shared vocabulary for talking about your brand. No design jargon, just practical decisions.
You get the primary logo, a few lockups for different contexts, a color palette with usage guidelines, and typography pairings. We also prepare a simple brand sheet so you and any collaborators can apply the system consistently across print and digital.
Yes. We focus on information architecture first: what projects to feature, how to sequence them, and what context each piece needs. From there we design a clean grid layout that lets your work breathe and guides visitors naturally toward contacting you.
A focused identity project usually runs three to five weeks. That includes the workshop, concept development, two rounds of revisions, and final file delivery. Portfolio structuring is often faster, depending on how much material you already have.
We do. After the visual system is in place, we build a set of editable templates for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. They're designed to keep your feed cohesive without requiring a designer every time you post.
That's a common starting point. We prepare a shot list, prop and styling guidance, and a visual reference deck. You can hand this to any photographer and get results that align with your brand, even if we're not on set.
